MURIEL MATTA

Muriel is a multilingual HR expert, with extensive cross-cultural experience. 
She has successfully obtained the following certificates: Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) from Scrum.org, HRCI Pro: People Analytics, Managing the Hybrid Workforce (HRCI), D&I in HR Management - Culture, Engagement, and Leadership (HRCI), and is a Certified Consultant of the Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Centre).

Muriel studied at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut, earning a Master’s in Enterprise and Organizations Sociology in 1997, and a Specialized High Studies Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in Human Resources Management in 2000.

Her career in HRM started with senior and managerial roles at Boutique du Monde, Sleep Comfort, Byblos Bank, and ABC Group in Lebanon.

She joined Audeh Group in Cyprus as Group Human Resources Manager (2003-2007), Nest Investments Holdings as Group Human Resources Manager (2007-2011), and the University of East London - Cyprus as Lecturer / Modules Leader (2012-2013).
In line with her Vision, she set up Maravilhosa from 2014 to 2023 to help organizations build high-performing teams.

Muriel is a professional member of the Association of Change Management Professionals, member of The Institute of Leadership, member of Cyprus Integrity Forum, full member of Cyprus Human Resources Management Association, immediate former full member of WISTA Cyprus (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association), and Cyprus Marine Club.
