I'm a sociologist with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Certifications: Successfully obtained the following certificates:
Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) from Scrum.org;
HRCI Pro: People Analytics;
Managing the Hybrid Workforce (HRCI);
D&I in HR Management - Culture, Engagement, and Leadership (HRCI);
and I am Certified Consultant of the Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Centre).

Studies: I earned a Master’s in Enterprise and Organizations Sociology, and a Specialized High Studies Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in Human Resources Management.

Experience: senior and managerial HR roles for several years.
