I launched Maravilhosa in 2014 and have since been developing customized solutions.
As the journey continues, I am committed to my vision: helping organizations to build high-performing teams. 

‘Maravilhosa’ means marvelous in Portuguese, and I chose it to credit Rio de Janeiro for inspiring me, when I wrote my business plan during a visit to Brazil. 
Rio de Janeiro is widely known as the ‘Cidade Maravilhosa’ (Marvelous City).

Looking back on my 9 years’ journey, it has been, and still is, an amazing experience, meeting and cooperating with passionate, dedicated, and skilled professionals in various industries.
It is fascinating to work with different teams, whose members have their own communication and leadership styles, and to delve into numerous workplace cultures and challenges.

Understanding what people want helps bridge the gap between objectives and results. Feeling challenged and inspired, understood, and supported, improves accountability and trust at work. Consequently, mutual efforts boost performance, engagement, and retention. 

One of the best feelings is helping others grow and be happy.

Looking ahead, I aim to keep encouraging people to tap into their potential, and realize they can be, and do, much more than they think.
Thus, every person’s achievement contributes to growth, and a healthy workplace culture.
