NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE CHANGES

Now is the right time to make the most of the changes

As the pandemic defines a ′new normal‵ worldwide, we find ourselves reshaping every bit of our life, trying to keep ourselves and others safe.

While we embark on this unprecedented change, we can take the opportunity to lead a healthier life, by breaking some of our bad habits.
At this point, being afraid to go beyond our limits is no longer the main issue. With all the changes we encountered lately, we already moved outside our comfort zone.

Working from home and social distancing created new behaviours which may stay with us for a long time. We learned to do something we have never done before, to such an extent.

Now is the right time to make the most of the changes that are happening, by managing our stressful life and building our resilience.
We have all been focused on transforming our businesses and family lives; likewise, and more importantly, we can spend time transforming ourselves.
Building resilience is about challenging our comfort zone and getting uncomfortable with new habits.

We can declutter our own habits, the same way we decluttered our homes during confinement.
When we stop a behavior - we never thought we would be capable of letting go, when we consistently repeat a different habit over days and weeks, it becomes a new routine. The results will enable us to have new thoughts and a fresh perspective, experience new activities and new ways of achieving our goals.

Few steps are required and shall provide us with a gratifying experience of self-discovery and wellbeing. Breaking bad habits will boost our creativity, increase our performance, and inspire us to achieve our goals.

In 2020 we realized, at a hefty price, that all along, we should keep our eyes on the priceless target: our health.
We all faced tremendous change in our lives this year. How about taking the opportunity to introduce additional healthy changes, we always struggled to undertake?
Unlearning and relearning new habits takes consciousness, determination, and consistency.
When we develop ourselves, improve our wellbeing, and restore mental clarity, we can deal with life’s uncertainties.
Consistency, week after week, helps us progressively build new habits and create results.

And if we aim to lead others, we must be able to lead ourselves first.
